Effective date: August 11, 2026 · Last updated: August 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to every mobile game published by Energy Potion
(the “Studio,” “we,” “us”) — each, a “Game” —
on both the App Store and Google Play, including any Game released after the date above. It
explains what information is handled when you play our Games and the choices you have.
In short: We do not ask for or directly collect personally
identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number. Our Games have no
user accounts, and where a Game offers in-app purchases those are handled entirely by Apple or
Google — we never see your payment details. Not every Game has ads or an online feature, and one
that has neither sends nothing anywhere. In a Game that does show ads, limited
technical data is processed by trusted third parties to serve them. Where a Game has an
online leaderboard, it is run by us rather than by Apple or Google:
a posted score and the name shown beside it are stored by the Studio and displayed publicly.
That is the one thing we ever keep, and it is never tied to an identity.
Information We Do Not Collect
We never ask you for your name, email address, phone number, contacts or location. There is no
sign-up, no login form, and we do not build user profiles. Any nickname you type for a leaderboard
is chosen by you and is not required to be your real name. The only information the Studio itself
ever stores is a leaderboard entry, and only if you choose to post
one.
Information Processed by Third-Party Services
Which of these a Game uses depends on what that Game does. A Game with no advertising does not
use the first, a Game with no online feature does not use the second, and a Game with neither
makes no network requests at all. Where they are used they may process limited technical data
such as an advertising identifier, device model, coarse region, and gameplay diagnostics:
Google AdMob — in a Game that shows advertising, serves the ads, including
optional rewarded video you may choose to watch. AdMob may use an advertising identifier to
select and measure ads. See Google’s policies at
policies.google.com/privacy
and AdMob’s data disclosures.
Google Firebase (Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, App Check) — in a Game
with an online leaderboard, stores and transports it, and verifies that a submitted score came
from a genuine copy of the app rather than from a bot. See the next section.
We do not sell your data, and we do not combine it with any personal identity.
Leaderboards
Our leaderboards do not run on Game Center or Google Play Games. They run on the Studio’s
own Firebase project, which means that when you take part we do hold a small record
of it. This applies to any Game that offers a leaderboard.
It is optional. Our Games are playable without it. Where a Game asks you
to type a name, nothing is submitted until you do and choose to post a score. Where a Game
does not ask, it labels your entry itself and posts only a score.
What is stored: a display name, your score or how far you got, and an
identifier the app generates for itself so it can recognise its own previous entry. The name
is either one you typed — it does not have to be your real one — or one the app derived from
that identifier, and in neither case is there an email address, phone number or account
attached to it.
It is public. The leaderboards can be read by anyone, which is what a
leaderboard is. Please do not use a name you would not want shown.
Deletion: there is no delete button inside the Games. Write to the address
below with the display name you used and we will remove that entry.
Our Games also keep your progress, best results and settings on your own device only. That
never reaches us, and uninstalling a Game removes it.
Advertising & Your Choices
This section applies only to a Game that shows advertising. In one that does, ads may be
personalized based on an advertising identifier provided by your device.
iOS: Such a Game follows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT), and
one that shows no ads never asks. Where you are asked, you may decline, and the Game remains
fully playable. You can change this anytime in
Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Android: You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of ad
personalization, in Settings › Google › Ads.
Children’s Privacy
Our Games are not directed to children under the age required by law in your region, and we do
not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided
personal information, please contact us and we will address it.
Data Retention & Security
The only user record the Studio ever holds is a leaderboard entry, and only for as long as you
want it there: we keep it until you ask us to remove it, or until that leaderboard is retired. It is
transmitted over HTTPS and stored on Google Firebase. Data processed by the third-party services
above is governed by their respective policies and security practices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the
“Effective date” above. Continued use of a Game after an update constitutes acceptance
of the revised Policy.
