Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games published by Energy Potion (the “Studio,” “we,” “us”), including but not limited to Invader Z: The Rise Of Zombies and Space Fighter: Last Hope (each, the “Game”). It explains what information is handled when you play our Games and the choices you have.

In short: We do not ask for or directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number. Our Games have no user accounts and no in-app purchases. Limited technical data is processed by trusted third parties to show ads and to run online leaderboards, as described below.

Information We Do Not Collect

The Studio does not directly collect personal information about you. There is no sign-up, no login form, and we do not build user profiles. Any nickname you type for a leaderboard is chosen by you and is not required to be your real name.

Information Processed by Third-Party Services

To provide free games supported by advertising and to offer online features, our Games use the following third-party services, which may process limited technical data such as an advertising identifier, device model, coarse region, and gameplay diagnostics:

Google AdMob — serves advertisements, including optional rewarded video ads you may choose to watch. AdMob may use an advertising identifier to select and measure ads. See Google’s policies at policies.google.com/privacy and AdMob’s data disclosures.
Apple Game Center (iOS) and Google Play Games (Android) — power online leaderboards and score submission. These services are provided by Apple and Google under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your data, and we do not combine it with any personal identity.

Advertising & Your Choices

Ads may be personalized based on an advertising identifier provided by your device.

iOS: Our Games follow Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT). You may decline tracking, and the Game remains fully playable. You can change this anytime in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Android: You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of ad personalization, in Settings › Google › Ads.

Children’s Privacy

Our Games are not directed to children under the age required by law in your region, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will address it.

Data Retention & Security

Because the Studio does not directly collect personal information, we hold no personal user records to retain or delete. Data processed by the third-party services above is governed by their respective policies and security practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above. Continued use of a Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
